Ryan Link
The pebble · requirements & organization
Ryan turns messy processes into clean, organized requirements that teams can actually build from. For Washington DC's technology office, he built Virtual Agent chatbot experiences in ServiceNow, led a complete redesign of their Employee Center, and trained 50+ people on the systems he shaped. He is now structuring requirements for an enterprise service catalog spanning ten programs at once. He also founded Pawzr, a pet care platform where he led a team of eight developers, so he knows both sides of the build.
Nicholas Cilfone
The byte · data & platforms
Nick builds data and AI platforms for a living, with director and VP roles across biotech, Nike, and Fidelity. Today he leads AI, cloud automation, and developer experience teams across two continents, turning sprawling systems into platforms people can actually use. He got his start applying machine learning to medicine, where the data is complex and the answers have to be right. PhD in chemical engineering, 17 published papers, and a firm believer that good infrastructure is rarely seen, only felt. If it moves data, he has probably scaled it.
